Pafford helicopter to land at NEMCC for training exercise

The Pafford helicopter is scheduled to land at 2100 West Chambers Drive at NorthEast Mississippi Community College on Tuesday evening, officials said.

The landing is part of a training exercise for health sciences students, aiming to provide hands-on experience in emergency response and patient care, according to college representatives.

Ambulances will also arrive on scene as part of the drill, simulating real-world emergency scenarios. College officials emphasized that there is no emergency at the NEMCC facilities during the exercise.

The training aims to prepare students for actual emergency situations by offering practical experience in a controlled environment, officials added.
