Students in Mrs. Demi Roberts’s 5th and 6th grade TAG classes at Baldwyn School District started the school year with activities aimed at building teamwork. The students participated in STEM challenges that emphasized instructions, creativity, trust, planning, engineering, and time management.
In addition to technical skills, students practiced family roles such as taking turns, supporting peers, encouraging others, listening, and celebrating growth, according to the district.
The activities are part of the district’s efforts to foster collaboration and leadership among students, officials said.
