Baldwyn High School junior Olivia Page completed her online orientation with Northeast Mississippi Health Services on Tuesday, fulfilling a requirement for shadowing at their facilities.
Shadowing allows students to observe professionals in a real-world setting, gaining insight into daily tasks and skills required for specific careers. The program helps students determine if a job aligns with their goals before making long-term commitments, according to the school district.
The experience is part of the district’s effort to prepare students for future careers and provide practical exposure to various professions, officials said.
