Levi James has graduated from Toyota Mississippi’s Creating Your Future (CYF) program, a 15-week paid internship designed for high school seniors. The program provides hands-on manufacturing experience, mentorship, and a Manufacturing Skills Basic Certificate, according to the Baldwyn School District.
James was selected from numerous students across Northeast Mississippi after an interview process. The program aims to prepare students for technical careers and often involves local partnerships. James plans to enter the workforce and work for Toyota after his graduation in May.
He expressed gratitude for those who supported him throughout the process. The district highlighted his achievement on social media, calling it an “amazing opportunity.”
