The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks is encouraging hunters and wildlife enthusiasts to register for the 2026 Gamebird Workshop, set for May 22 at Marion County Wildlife Management Area.
The event is organized by the MSU Extension Gamebird Program and MDWFP, in partnership with Mississippi State University Extension Services, Quail Forever, and The National Wild Turkey Federation.
Registration is now open, and interested participants can sign up online through the MDWFP website. The workshop aims to provide education and resources on gamebird management and conservation efforts across the state.
