Three officers from the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks were promoted during ceremonies in August, according to department officials.
On August 11 and 17, the department’s Central Region held promotion pinning ceremonies. Officers recognized include Sergeant Major Karri Fulton, who was promoted to lieutenant; Sergeant Jerry Poindexter, promoted to master sergeant; and Sergeant Joshua Stoll, also promoted to master sergeant.
Department officials congratulated the officers on their well-deserved promotions and expressed appreciation for their ongoing dedication to protecting Mississippi’s wildlife and natural resources, as well as serving the state’s residents.
