Northeast Mississippi Community College Honors Students Showcase Research at 2026 Expo

Students at Northeast Mississippi Community College celebrated their academic accomplishments Tuesday during the 2026 Honors Expo in Anderson Hall.

Honors Institute students showcased research projects spanning the humanities, social sciences, and STEM fields, according to college officials.

The event also recognized the support of faculty and directors who guided the students through their research efforts, officials added.

College representatives expressed pride in the students’ achievements and commitment to academic excellence as part of the event, which aimed to highlight the diverse talents within the Honors Institute.
