Booneville bans dining in at restaurants after today

The City of Booneville has enacted a ban on dine-in at restaurants in the after after Friday, March 20th.

The ordinance goes in at midnight and after that there can only be curbside, take out or delivery options.

“Shape safe, shop smart, and shop small,” Mayor Lindley said in a video announcement.

The Mayor also encouraged everyone to pray about the situation and check on their neighbors.

This comes after president Trump and the CDC advised people not to gather in groups larger than 10 and to practice social distancing.

No timetable was set as far as how long this dine in ban would last.
