Camping season has officially begun in Mississippi, according to the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks. The agency announced that state parks now offer various accommodations to suit every type of camper.
Visitors can choose from staying in cabins, RV campsites, or experiencing primitive camping closer to nature, the department said. Each option provides a different way to enjoy Mississippi’s outdoors.
