Prentiss County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Full-Time Dispatcher at $15 an Hour

The Prentiss County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for a full-time day shift dispatcher at a pay rate of $15 an hour, according to a department news release.

Applicants can pick up an application in person at the sheriff’s department or download it from the department’s website at prentisscountymssheriff.com. The application is also available through the department’s mobile patrol app.

Applicants must submit a completed application along with a copy of their birth certificate, a recent photograph, and notarized signatures in several locations. Those who have previously applied are encouraged to update their applications.

Full-time employment includes benefits such as health insurance and participation in the state retirement system, PERS, according to the department.
