Roadwork will begin Monday, June 1, 2026, on North Second Street from Chambers to South Second Street at Cedar Drive, the police department announced.
The work will take place nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. and includes milling and paving operations on Highway 145. The project is expected to last approximately three to four weeks.
Authorities urge drivers to exercise caution, expect delays, and remain alert for workers and equipment in the area. Police officials thanked the public for patience and cooperation during the construction period.
