TUPELO, Miss. — Will Orlando Hadley was sentenced to 12 years in prison for trafficking methamphetamine in Lee County, according to court records. Senior Circuit Judge Paul S. Funderburk handed down the sentence on August 18, 2026.
Hadley was initially sentenced to 40 years, with 28 years suspended. The remaining 12 years will be served day-for-day, meaning he is not eligible for parole or early release. After his release, Hadley will be required to complete five years of post-release supervision, the court said.
The case was investigated by the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit, with assistance from the Tupelo Police Department and Tupelo Fire Department. The District Attorney’s Office commended the agencies for their cooperation in disrupting the local narcotics trade, according to prosecutors.
Assistant District Attorney Megan French prosecuted the case on behalf of the state. Jason D. Herring is the district attorney for the First Circuit Court District, the office said.
