Booneville PD makes multiple drug arrests

The Booneville Police Department announced several drug related arrests today. 

From the PD:

On 12/09/2018, a Booneville patrol officer stopped a vehicle on North Smith Street for a misdemeanor traffic offense. The driver was identified as Larry Dean Flemming, 49 of Booneville. During the stop, Mr. Flemming was found to be in possession of a felony amount of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $10,000.00. This case will be presented to the Prentiss County Grand Jury.

On 12/08/2018, a Booneville patrol officer stopped a vehicle for a misdemeanor traffic offense on Cedar Street, The driver of the vehicle was identified as Kenneth Anthony Jones, 41 of Booneville. During the stop, Mr. Jones was found to be in possession of a felony amount of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $10,000.00. This case will be presented to the Prentiss County Grand Jury.

On 12/09/2018, Booneville Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious male subject sitting in a vehicle at a gas station on South Second Street. Officers responded and identified the subject as Frankie Wayne Yates, 56 of Booneville. Investigation during the contact with Mr. Yates led to his arrest for felony possession of methamphetamine between 2-10 grams. His bond was set at $10,000.00. This case will be presented to the Prentiss County Grand Jury.
